Pro-camp program

  • 10 full boards (accommodation, 3 meals and a snack), leaving the camp on the eleventh day.
  • Suitable for players aged 10 to 18.
  • Groups of 6-8 players with two professional coaches per group.
  • INTENSIVE PROGRAMS that lead to the improvement of the maximum basketball skill of the players (the program is in the level of individual improvement of promising players).
  • The program focuses on defensive and offensive technique, basketball tactics, ball handling, movement with and without the ball. The program includes all player analyses, playing situations during training and matches, athletic preparation, improving agility, speed, coordination, and psychophysical abilities.
  • Work on athletic preparation and coordination, preparation for ball training.
  • Footing&early morning stretching, two 90-105 minute training sessions during the day, corrective matches, tournaments…
  • Each program participant receives camp equipment-sport shorts, shirt and two deferent  shirts
