The Academic Basketball Camp “Professor Aleksandar Nikolić” officially became a camp with the KSS Quality Mark today. At a small ceremony in the “House of Basketball”, an agreement was signed on the right to use the KSS mark, which was initialed by the KSS Secretary General Mićo Radanović and the President and Director of the AKK “Professor Aleksandar Nikolić” Dušan Pavićević.

On this solemn occasion, in the presence of the Vice President of the KSS for Men’s Basketball Nenad Krstić, KSS representative Milan Tasić and the Marketing Director and Sports Director of the camp Miloš Đorđević, Radanović awarded the camp representatives a certificate and the KSS flag, which will absolutely deserve to be flown on Zlatibor.

The General Secretary of the Serbian Basketball Federation, Mićo Radanović, welcomed the attendees on behalf of the Serbian Basketball Federation.

“I wish you a successful camp, as it was in previous years, and that you continue with the quality and dedicated work for which you have become known throughout the basketball world.”

The head of the camp, Dušan Pavićević, had reason to be pleased:

“Thank you to the Serbian Basketball Federation for recognizing that we are a sports organization that can proudly bear the badge of the best basketball federation in the world.”

“It is a great pleasure for us to present a letter of appreciation to the Serbian Basketball Federation in front of the Academic Basketball Camp “Professor Aleksandar Nikolić”. This year, the camp celebrates a significant anniversary – 50 years of existence, so all this is golden for us and we hope that we will continue with you for many more years.” – said Miloš Đorđević.

The President of the Mini Basketball Serbia Association, Rade Georgievski, took the opportunity to posthumously present a letter of appreciation to the camp founder, Mihajl Mikki Pavićević, which was received by Dušan Pavićević, as well as a letter of appreciation to the long-time coach and organizer of the camp, Bratislav Bata Đorđević, who was not present today, so Miloš Đorđević received the letter of appreciation.
